Gajrela Kabab (Carrot Kabab)
|Coriander leaves||4 , chopped|
|Grated khoya||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped cashew nuts||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped raisins||2 Tablespoon|
|Anar dana powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Breadcrumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Refined oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)|
|Gram flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1 Scrape and grate the carrots and finely chop the onions and green chillies.
2 Mix all the ingredients together excepts the breadcrumbs and oil.
3 Moisten your hands and form sausage shaped kababs from the mixture. Roll in dry breadcrumbs and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
4 Serve hot with a sweet sour chutney and a raita.
5 These kababs can also be coated with semolina or crushed vemicelli arid fried.
