Arabic Tabbouleh

Ingredients
  Fine bulgur 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ripe tomatoes 6 , minced
  Onion 1 Small, minced
  Green onions 6 , minced
  Parsley 4 Bunch (400 gm), minced
  Fresh mint 1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm), minced
  Cucumbers 3 , diced
  Light olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Black pepper 1 Pinch
  Romaine lettuce 4 Medium (For Garnish)
  Salt To Taste
  Hot red pepper To Taste
Directions

In a mixing bowl combine the bulgur and the tomatoes with their juice.
Let is stay at room temperature for about thirty to sixty minutes until the bulgur is soft and the tomato liquid absorbed.
Add all the other vegetables and mix gently but thoroughly.
Combine the dressing ingredients in a separate bowl and pour over the bulgur mixture.
Mix well.
Chill.
Serve in a wooden salad bowl, well chilled, and surrounded with Romaine lettuce leaves for garnish.
