|Fine bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Small, grated|
|Olive oil||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||4 Tablespoon|
|Concentrated pomegranate juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Hot water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Red pepper paste||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pine nuts||1 Teaspoon (For Garnish)|
|Red pepper||To Taste|
In a large mixing bowl, mix together all the ingredients, except for the pine nuts.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Transfer to a serving bowl, sprinkle with the pine nuts, and serve with squares of Pita bread as an hors d'oeuvre.
