Ingredients
  Walnuts 2 Pound
  Fine bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, grated
  Olive oil 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemon juice 4 Tablespoon
  Concentrated pomegranate juice 2 Tablespoon
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cumin 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Red pepper paste 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pine nuts 1 Teaspoon (For Garnish)
  Salt To Taste
  Red pepper To Taste
Directions

In a large mixing bowl, mix together all the ingredients, except for the pine nuts.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Chill.
Transfer to a serving bowl, sprinkle with the pine nuts, and serve with squares of Pita bread as an hors d'oeuvre.
