Lemon Grass Kabab
|Bread crumbs||100 Gram|
|Minced meat||500 Gram|
|Tomato puree||1 Tablespoon (Thick)|
|Thai fish sauce/Soybean sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 Large, finely chopped|
|Minced lemon grass||4 Tablespoon (White Part Only)|
|Lemon grass stick||3|
|Refined oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1 Combine all the ingredients together, except the lemon grass and lemon grass sticks. With moistened hands form into 12 balls. Then roll them in finely minced lemon grass.
2 Thread onto the lemon grass sticks. Brush with oil. Grill or barbecue for 15-20 minutes, turning frequently and brushing with oil until well browned.
3 Serve with barbecue or tomato sauce on a bread of rice and with a fresh green salad.
Variation: Fresh rosemary and rosemary sticks work very well the same way.
