Lemon Grass Kabab

Ingredients
  Bread crumbs 100 Gram
  Minced meat 500 Gram
  Tomato puree 1 Tablespoon (Thick)
  Egg 1
  Thai fish sauce/Soybean sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Large, finely chopped
  Minced lemon grass 4 Tablespoon (White Part Only)
  Lemon grass stick 3
  Refined oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1 Combine all the ingredients together, except the lemon grass and lemon grass sticks. With moistened hands form into 12 balls. Then roll them in finely minced lemon grass.
2 Thread onto the lemon grass sticks. Brush with oil. Grill or barbecue for 15-20 minutes, turning frequently and brushing with oil until well browned.
3 Serve with barbecue or tomato sauce on a bread of rice and with a fresh green salad.
Variation: Fresh rosemary and rosemary sticks work very well the same way.
