|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Rice flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated coconut||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Blanched almonds||2 Tablespoon|
|Pistachio nuts||1 Tablespoon|
Combine all the ingredients except the nuts in a large pan.
Bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly, about ten minutes, or until the pudding is thickened.
Pour into a serving dish.
Cover and chill.
When ready to serve, sprinkle generously with the nuts.
