Ingredients
  Almonds 2 Ounce, roasted and coarsely ground
  Parsley 1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm), minced
  Canned water chestnuts 8 Ounce, sliced
  Canned mushrooms 4 Ounce, sliced
  Bell pepper To Taste, sliced
  Onion 1 Medium, minced
  Tomatoes 2 Large, chopped
  Allspice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Hot red pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tarragon 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 4 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Bulgur 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Grape leaves 60
Directions

Mix all the ingredients, taste for seasoning.
Fill the grape leaves with the mixture, roll, arrange them side by side in a cooking pan.
Cover with water, add one teaspoon salt, put a heavy plate at the top, boil, reduce heat, simmer for about 50-60 minutes.
Drain the remaining juice.
Cover with aluminum foil, to protect from darkening, let it cool.
Serve cold.
