Ingredients
  Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Rice flour/1/3 cup cornstarch 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Rose water/Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Nuts 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Boil milk, sugar and one cup water.
Dissolve rice flour (or cornstarch) in one cup water, mix with first mixture, reduce heat and simmer the mixture about fifteen minutes, or until it bubbles, add rose water (or vanilla) for flavoring.
Pour into individual serving cups.
Chill.
Serve with sprinkled pistachio nuts, hazelnuts, walnuts or pine nuts.
Decorate the top with red rose petal jam or date jam.
