Ingredients
  Pide bread 1 , toasted (4 Pita Bread Middle Eastern, Toasted)
  Yogurt 1 Quart
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), mashed with salt
  Ground meat 1 Pound
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cumin 1 Dash
Directions

Cut bread, soft pide or toasted pita into one-inch cubes, divide into four individual plates.
Mix ground meat with spices, shape into small meat balls.
Fry them in oil, or bake them until golden brown.
Cover the bread with yogurt mixed with garlic paste and salt, top with meat balls serve hot.
Serve with soumak or cumin, optional.
