|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), pressed|
|Grated ginger||1 Teaspoon|
|Onions||1 Medium, slivered|
|Soya sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Roasted sesame seeds||2 Tablespoon|
|Chili pepper||1 Teaspoon|
Freeze the meat for about two hours.
Then slice into very thin and long pieces, while still frozen.
Mix together all the remaining ingredients, blending well.
Add the meat and stir until all the strips are well coated.
Cover and refrigerate for about twenty-four hours or overnight.
Grill on preheated coals or in the broiler until done.
