Ingredients
  Kasseri cheese 1 Pound
  Eggs 1
  Beer 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Corn oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
Directions

Cut the cheese into half-inch cubes.
Set aside.
In a mixing bowl lightly beat the egg with the beer and flour.
Dip the cheese a few pieces at a time in the batter to completely coat the cubes.
Fry in the hot oil until golden brown.
Drain on paper towel.
Serve hot, sprinkled with a little paprika if you like.
