Mince And Cheese Kabab
|Bread slices||4 Large|
|Cheese cubes||4 , grated (Preferably Britannia)|
|Sweet mango chutney||1 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 , finely chopped|
|Finely minced chicken/Finely minced mutton||350 Gram|
|Ginger green chili paste||1 Teaspoon|
1 Remove the crusts and grind the bread slices into crumbs, grate the cheese. Chop the mangoes in the chutney very small. Mix all the ingredients together kneading well.
2 Divide the mixture and form into sausage shapes. Thread onto skewers.
3 Grill in a moderate oven, brushing with oil lightly. It will take about 20 minutes for mutton, less for chicken. Keep turning and brushing with oil off and on until cooked through.
4 Serve with a salad and chutney with roomali roti, naan or paratha.
