Baida Kabab (Egg Kabab)
|Grated ginger||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Refined oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
|Hard boiled eggs||4|
|Bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped coriander leaves||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1 Grind the ginger, garlic and green chillies together. Finely chop the onion and tomatoes.
2 Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Add the onion; stir fry. Add the tomato and the ground paste. Fry till the tomato is cooked and well mixed. Add the salt, sugar and fresh coriander.
3 Grate the hardboiled eggs. Add to the masala and mix well. Spread in a plate evenly and refrigerate for 4 hours.
4 Cut into long strips, like finger chips. Dip in the beaten egg and coat with the breadcrumbs. Deep fry in hot oil till golden.
Serve with a salad or chutney.
