Oriental Liver And Vegetables
|Peanut oil/Vegetable oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Chicken livers||10 Ounce|
|Sliced mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cut up bell pepper/Sliced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Green Colored, 1/2-Inch Squares)|
|Water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
In 10-inch skillet heat oil; add onion and garlic and saute until onion is translucent.
Add livers, mushrooms, and green pepper (or celery) and saute over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
In measuring cup combine water, soy sauce, and cornstarch, stirring to dissolve cornstarch; stir into liver mixture and sprinkle with pepper.
Stirring constantly, cook until mixture thickens.
