Jean's Oriental Chicken Livers

Ingredients
  Chicken livers 8 Ounce, cut in half
  Soy sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onion/Onion flakes 1 Small, sliced
Directions

Marinate chicken livers overnight in soy sauce.
Remove livers from marinade; dredge in flour.
Heat small amount of oil in frying pan; fry livers and onions until browned.
Serve livers as an appetizer, or with rice as a main dish.
Makes approximately 3 to 4 servings as an appetizer, or approximately 2 servings as a main dish.
