Whiting With Soy Sauce
|Oil/Melted lard||2 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||1 Pinch|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Monosodium glutamate||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Clean the fish and remove the heads.
Heat the oil and fry the fish on both sides for about 3 minutes, turning once during cooking.
Add salt, pepper, stock or water and soy sauce, stir well and cook for 1 minute.
Finely chop the spring onions (scallions), add to the pan and sprinkle with a pinch of monosodium glutamate.
