Boiled Pumpkin With Soy Sauce

Ingredients
  Pumpkin 2 Pound
  Sugar 1 Pinch
  Soy sauce To Taste
  Sherry To Taste
Directions

Cut pumpkin in half; take out seeds and fibers.
Cut pumpkin meat into bite-size pieces; boil until tender.
When cooked, mash until smooth; add pinch of sugar and soy sauce and sherry to taste.
