Chilled Oriental Corkscrew Toss
|Fusilli||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Sesame oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Frozen snow peas||6 Ounce|
|Sliced water chestnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cook fusilli according to package directions, omitting salt; drain.
Combine soy sauce, oil, honey, dry mustard, and ginger; stir with a wire whisk until well blended.
Combine reserved fusilli and soy sauce mixture in a large bowl; toss well.
Add remaining ingredients, and toss gently.
Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
