Ingredients
  Mung bean sprouts 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
Directions

Toss sprouts and mushrooms together.
Serve on romaine lettuce leaves.
Sprinkle with Sendai Salad Dressing or another soy sauce dressing.
