Effortless Entrees Part 1 - Tuscan Fantasy Chicken Kebab
|Puff pastry sheet||1 (Thawed As Per Package Directions)|
|Fresh berries||3 Cup (48 tbs), rinsed and cut into bite sized pieces|
|Whipped cream||1 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Lay the puff pastry out on the counter.
Spray the pastry with nonstick cooking spray. If fold lines are present, gently roll a rolling pin over the pastry to flatten them out.
Cut the puff pastry into 4 equal squares.
Carefully cut a 1/2 inch border around the outer edge of the pastry, leaving the corners intact.
Fold the border onto the opposite corner and gently press to seal.
Place pastry on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until pastry is fluffy and golden brown.
With your fingertips, gently press the inside of the pastry down to make a larger cup.
Combine berries and sugar.
Put berry mixture into the puff pastry and top with a dollop of cream.
