Kimchi or kim chee is a Korean preparation of pickled vegetables with fermented fish that can be used in different ways. 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), well drained
Swiss cheese slices
2 Medium (Thin Slices)
Directions for preparation:
• Spoon the mayonnaise on one side of both the bread and add a slice of cheese to both pieces of bread.
• Place 2-3 slices of corned beef on one bread and the kimchi on the other bread.
• Place the corned beef bread sliced over the other bread with kimchi and slightly press down.
• Cut into halves with a knife.
