|Gelatin||3 Ounce (Raspberry-Flavored)|
|Boiling water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Fresh lemon juice/Lime juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Confectioner's sugar||To Taste|
Place 6 (3-oz.) pkgs. raspberry-flavored gelatine in a medium saucepan and add 2 cups boiling water.
Stir to dissolve thoroughly.
Bring to a simmer over low heat and cook 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in 1 tablespoon fresh lemon (or lime) juice.
Rinse an 8x8x2-inch pan in cold water and do not dry.
Pour hot gelatine into pan.
Cool and chill until firm.
Cut into 1-inch squares.
Toss in confectioners sugar.
