Hummus

Ingredients
  Cooked chickpeas 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Tahini 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2
  Unrefined olive oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sea salt To Taste
  Tamari soy sauce To Taste
Directions

Puree the peas and mix all the ingredients together in a blender, if you wish.
The consistency should be creamy.
Serve in a bowl garnished with parsley or mint leaves, along with crackers or flat bread.
