Asian Shrimp With Vegetables

Ingredients
  Frozen stir fry vegetables 1 Pound (Green Beans, Red Pepper, Carrots, Broccoli)
  Shrimp 1 Pound, sauteed, tails removed
  Roasted garlic oil 1 Tablespoon (Time Savor Gourmet)
  Salad dressing 4 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Medium-high heat the wok.
Add roasted garlic oil to the wok.
Add vegetables, stir them well.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Add shrimp, stir well.
Spray salad dressing.
Add little bit of soy sauce, stir well.
Turn off the heat.
Serve.

Carrots? I was told thet carrots were a no-no on the Medifast Lean and Green.
