Egg And Keema Casserole
|Minced meat||500 Gram|
|Garlic ginger||2 Teaspoon|
|Chili powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped cilantro||2 Tablespoon|
|Garam masala||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Bread crumbs||4 Tablespoon|
Heat 1 tbl.
oil and fry onions for a few mins.
Then add ginger-garlic paste and fry again.
Add kheema, chilli powder, turmeric, salt and tomatoes and fry till the liquid has dried up.
Add 1 cup water and stir and mix well.
Cover the pan and cook till the kheema is cooked.
Add corriander and remove the pan from the fire.
Mix beaten egg with pepper and salt.
Grease baking dish.
Spread 2 tbl.
bread crumbs in it.
Spread the cooked kheema over the bread crumbs and cover with beaten egg.
Sprinkle with bread-crumbs.
Bake for 20 to 25 mins.
in moderately hot oven till light brown.
Cut into squares and serve with salad and bread.
