Tomato Soy Sauce

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 2 , peeled, seeded and cut in strips
  Flour 1 Teaspoon
  Veal stock/Beef stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Dash
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

This sauce is particularly good with lamb kebabs and pork chops.
Method After broiling meat, pour fat from broiler pan, leaving about 2 teaspoons plus any sediment and meat juices.
Stir in flour and cook very gently for 2-3 minutes until brown.
Take from heat, stir in stock with sauces and season- ing.
Return to heat and stir until boiling.
Simmer 1 minute, add tomatoes and simmer 1 minute longer.
