Ingredients
  Ghee 3 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
  White cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 4
  Fresh green chilies 1
  Green ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Minced beef 1 Pound
  Plain yogurt 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Green peppers 2
  Coriander 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1)In a saucepan, heat ghee on medium heat and sauté onion and garlic until light brown.
2)Add the cumin and turmeric and stir. Then add the tomatoes, chilies and ginger. Stir.
3)Stir in beef, yogurt and salt and mix. Decrease heat and cover the pan. Cook for 10 minutes.
4)Add green pepper and stir again. Cover and let it cook for 10 minutes.

SERVING
5)Garnish kheema mirch with coriander and serve hot.
