Ingredients
  Beef 1 Pound
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Green chilies 4
  Green ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
  Onion 1⁄2 Medium
  Coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
  Ghee 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1)In a large bowl, add mince and salt along with next six ingredients.
2)Mix and let it marinate for 20 minutes.

MAKING
3)Divide the mixture into 12 portions and shape into sausage.
4)In a pan, heat little ghee and shallow fry them in their own fat until brown on all sides.

SERVING
5)Serve hot kabobs with chutney of your taste.

i made these when i had friends over for a curry nite and they went down a storm, real tasty and easy to make, just adjust the chilli to suit your own taste, i made some with less chilli for the kids and they enjoyed them too:) i will be using this recipe every time i wanna make kebabs now, as ive tried many before and this has been by far the best so thank you:)
