|Green ginger||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm)|
|Coriander leaves||1 Tablespoon|
|Garam masala||1 Teaspoon|
|Ghee||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1)In a large bowl, add mince and salt along with next six ingredients.
2)Mix and let it marinate for 20 minutes.
3)Divide the mixture into 12 portions and shape into sausage.
4)In a pan, heat little ghee and shallow fry them in their own fat until brown on all sides.
5)Serve hot kabobs with chutney of your taste.
