1. Place a pan over medium high heat and stir fry onion, ginger, garlic, and pork with oil. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until little caramelized.
2. Add broccoli and red pepper spice blend. Cook for another 3-5 minutes or until tender. Stir in butter.
3. Garnish with fresh cilantro or sweet red pepper and serve over salad green, quinoa, noodles or brown rice.
