Traditional Hummus

Ingredients
  Chickpeas 1 Can (10 oz), drain and rinse (Any Brand)
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tahini sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Salt To Taste
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika/Sumac 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a food processor mix all the ingredients and process them on high speed.

SERVING
2. Pour into a serving bowl, garnish with parsley, Sumac, Cumin and Olive Oil or you may garnish to your liking using whole chickpeas and Olive Oil.
