|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Tarragon vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
Mix sugar, cornstarch and mustard in small saucepan.
Stir in vinegar, soy sauce and 1/2 cup water.
Bring rapidly to a boil, stirring constantly; boil for 3 minutes or until thickened.
Serve with Tuna a la Philippine.
