Kolmi Na Bhajia
|Prawns||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Gram flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Fresh coriander||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Red chili powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Turmeric powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Parsi dhansak masala||1 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||1 Pinch|
|Oil||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
1. Mash the prawns with a sharp knife, apply salt and place in a thali. Add all the ingredients and salt to taste and mix well with half a cup of water. Make a nice soft dough and roll into little balls with wet hands. If mixture is too tight add a little more water.
2. Place oil in a kadhai and when hot drop in 10 to 15 balls at a time. Fry till red and drain in a colander.
3. Serve with green coconut or tamarind chutney.
