Asian Grilled Shrimp Salad With Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette

This simple and delicious Asian Grilled Shrimp Salad has many textures, colors and flavors. Crunchy cabbage and bell peppers plus lettuce and sprouts provide ample nutrition and flavor. The tangy vinaigrette is a perfect sauce for the grilled local shrimp caught off the coast of Florida.
Ingredients
  Asparagus 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Shrimps 500 Gram
  Cilantro 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Seafood seasoning 1 Teaspoon (Harvest)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
For salad
  Lettuce 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  English cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Yellow bell pepper 1 Large, sliced
  Red bell pepper 1 Large, sliced
  Clover sprouts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
For making vinaigrette
  Ginger 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mustard 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soya sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Rice wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Extra virgin olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Blanch asparagus and keep aside.
2. Clean and rinse shrimps.

MAKING
3. In a bowl, combine shrimps, seafood seasoning, cilantro, lime juice and mix it well.
4. Add olive oil and mix well.
5. In a pan, cook shrimps and keep aside.
6. For making salad – combine lettuce, cabbage, cucumber, bell peppers, asparagus, cilantro and sprouts.
7. For making vinaigrette – combine ginger, mustard, soya sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, rice wine vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. Whisk well to mix it.
8. Pour it over salad and mix well.

FINALIZING
9. On a serving plate, put salad and arrange the cooked shrimps around the salad.

SERVING
10. Serve it with fried wantons.
