Tabouleh Salad

Ingredients
  Parsley 3 Cup (48 tbs), finely chopped
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Tomatoes 3 Medium, cubed
  Burghul 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Cup (16 tbs), divided
  Jalapeno pepper 1 , chopped (Optional)
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Soak the burghul in lemon juice for 20 minutes.

MAKING
2. In a casserole dish take soaked burghul, parsley, onion, jalapeno pepper and tomato.
3. Season with salt and pepper, mix well.
4. Drizzle olive oil over it and mix all the ingredients well.

SERVING
5. Garnish Tabouleh with lemon juice and serve.
