Best Easy Rice Pilaf

The easiest brown rice pilaf ever. Really terrific stuff.
Ingredients
  Brown rice 1 Cup (16 tbs), cleaned
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Low sodium chicken broth 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large pot melt the butter and sauté the rice for few minute and then add the chicken broth and stir.
2. Cook for 30-45 minute or until the rice is fully cooked.

SERVING
3. Serve it with roasted chicken or tossed vegetable.

TIPS
You can add onion or mushroom and make variation to the dish.
