1. In a large skillet on medium high, heat oil and add the anchovies. Stir fry for about 1 minute and then set it aside to one part of the pan.
2. In the same pan, add garlic, soy sauce, corn syrup and red pepper paste in the other part. Stir fry for a few seconds, then add the anchovies and mix it well and stir fry for another 2-3 minutes.
3. Stir in the shishito peppers and stir fry for another minute.
4. Serve the stir fried spicy dried anchovies in a bowl garnished with sesame seeds.
