Sasuji No Ambar No Lodhi Per No Patio

Ingredients
  Baby shrimp 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Onions 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Raw mango 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green chilies 4 Teaspoon
  Fresh coriander 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Black peppercorns 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 2 Tablespoon
  Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic cloves 2
  Dhansakh masala 1 Tablespoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Fennel seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fresh mint 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Mustard oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Place one cup of mustard oil on a large tava. Allow to heat and add the onions. Stir with a spatula till cooked and golden brown. Add the ground masala and fry till red. Once the masala is fried, add the salted ambar and lower the flame and cook till soft. Stir frequently.
2. When the ambar is soft add the raw chopped mangoes, green chillies and the coriander. Keep the tava on a very slow fire. Keep stirring till the mango pieces soften and are well blended with the ambar and onions. Taste for salt. Serve sprinkled with fresh mint and eat it with hot khichri or rotlis.
