Tasty Fresh Spring Rolls

Ingredients
For making spring rolls
  Tapioca wraps 100 Gram (or mung bean noodles)
  Lettuce leaves 4 , shredded
  Peach 1 , sliced
  Avocado 1 , sliced
  Green onion stalks 4
  Carrots 1 Small, sliced
For making sauce
  Peanut butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Hoisin sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Tamari 1 Tablespoon
  Fish sauce 1 Teaspoon (optional)
  Sriracha To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. For Spring rolls – in a plate take water dip the tapioca wraps for 30 seconds.
2. Place the sheet in the plate, stuff with lettuce leaves, peaches, avocado, sprouts, green onion and carrots. Wrap the filling and make perfect rolls.
3. For making peanut sauce – in a bowl combine all the ingredients well and set aside.

SERVING
4. Serve Spring rolls with peanut sauce and enjoy!
