2. In a large mixing bowl, add ground beef, lamb, paprika, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, parsley, and garlic.
3. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Mix well.
4. Pop it in refrigerator and allow it to rest for about 30 minutes.
5. Take flat metal skewers, clump meat mixture and make sausage shape around it.
6. Place kofta on grill, cover and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side or until done.
7. Serve kofta kabobs with cilantro chutney.
