1. Boil fish cake for a few minutes until it expands, drain.
2. In a bowl mix all the ingredients of the sauce.
3. Heat oil in a pan.
4. Sauté onion, carrot and hot pepper until soft. Add the fish cake.
5. Cook until the fish cake starts getting some color, add sauce and cook until it is absorbed.
6. Serve Sautéed Fish Cake with rice and enjoy.
