Avocado And Cilantro Hummus

A fresh twist on an old favorite, this hummus goes as well with tortilla chips as it does with lavash or pita bread. This is a five minute snack that can be made with many flavor twists.
Ingredients
  Garbanzo bean 15 Ounce, canned
  Avocado 1 Medium, peeled and pit removed
  Cilantro 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lime 1 1⁄2 , juiced
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Sea salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. Drain the beans and in a Vita-Mix or a mixer combine all ingredients until smooth.
2. Taste and adjust salt as needed.
3. If the consistency of hummus is very thick, add more fluids - olive oil, water and lime juice in equal parts and blend until smooth consistency is achieved.
4. Allow flavors to marry.

SERVING
5. Serve at room temp or chilled with tortilla chips.
