Korean Soybean Sprout

Ingredients
  Soybean sprouts 1 Bag (1 kg)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Sesame seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Green onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced (Use 2 pieces)
  Red pepper flakes 1 Teaspoon (Optional)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Rinse the soybean sprouts in cold water.

MAKING
2) Add soybean sprouts to pot with 1 cup of water.
3) Boil for about 6 minutes.
4) While boiling, slice green onions.
5) Remove sprouts from heat and combine well with rest of the ingredients.

SERVING
6) Serve as a side dish with other Korean dishes or eat with rice.
