Ingredients
  Green beans 1 Pound
  Sesame oil 2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Red pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Green onions 2
  Toasted sesame seeds 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Boil green beans until almost tender. Drain. Combine remaining ingredients and mix with beans. Chill before serving. Variations: Substitute peas, bean sprouts, potatoes, zucchini, raw spinach, or combinations of vegetables.
