Lemon Cream Sherbet

Ingredients
  Sugar 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Whole milk 2 Quart
  Lemon extract/Finely grated lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
  Whipping cream/Cup whipping cream 1 Pint
  Evaporated milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Add sugar to milk, lemon extract, and cream. Stir until dissolved. Add lemon juice; stir. Freeze in hand-turned or electric freezer.
