Restaurant Style Chicken Jalfrezi

The Perfect Chicken Jalfrezi Curry from the Executive Chef at the Rajput Restaurant, Harrogate. I've been cooking for over 14 years and finally decided to share a few secrets.
Ingredients
  Chilli 6 Medium, chopped
  Cumin 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Chicken 1 Kilogram, boneless, cut into pieces
  Yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Large, diced
  Capsicum 1 Large, diced
  Tomatoes 6 Large, sliced
Directions

MAKING
1. Heat oil in a pan, put cumin, green chilies, garlic and salt.
2. Add chopped tomatoes. Stir well on high heat.
3. Put in turmeric powder. Mix well.
4. Put in chicken, pour water, add yogurt. Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.
5. While chicken is cooking in another pan heat oil.
6. Put in onion, capsicum, tomato, cumin and chilies. Stir well.
7. Add garam masala.

SERVING
8. When chicken is cooked add onion mixture and serve hot.
