This is a great way to enjoy all of your locally grown veggies. Grilling brings out the sweetness and adds a new zing that I'm sure your family will enjoy! Be brave and experiment with a wide variety of fresh produce, I've yet to find a veggie that did not grill up well!
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (extra virgin)
Mixed fresh herbs/Rosemary, oregano, thyme
2 Tablespoon (chopped)
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
1.Put together the vegetables in a ziplock bag and add 1/4 cup olive oil and garlic.
2.Marinade the vegetables for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
3.Also put the chicken tenders in a ziplock bag and add 4 tablespoons olive oil,white wine lemon juice and herbs.
4.Marinade the chiken for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
5.Heat the grill to high.
6.Brush it with a little cooking oil to grease.
7.Grill the vegetables for 4-5 minutes and turn.
8.Now add the chicken tenders to the grill.
9.Turn it over after 4-5 minutes.
10.Serve hot sprinkled with your favorite barbecue seasoning.
