Watermelon Pink Sherbet

Ingredients
  Salt To Taste
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Fresh lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Watermelon pulp 2 Cup (32 tbs), crushed
Directions

Boil sugar and 1/2 cup water until mixture spins fine thread or 230 degrees on candy thermometer; cool.
Add salt, lemon and lime juices to watermelon pulp.
Add syrup; stir to blend well.
Pour into ice cube trays or loaf pan; freeze overnight.
