Homemade Tahini Paste From Scratch

Ingredients
  Sesame seeds 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees (F)

MAKING
2. Spread out sesame seeds on a cookie sheet or flat pan and place in the oven for 8-10 minutes. Do not allow the sesame seeds to get brown but only toast them slightly until they release some oils.
3. Pour seeds into a food processor and add the vegetable oil and blend the seeds until you have a nice smooth paste.
4. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator.

SERVING
5. Use to make any type of hummus or tahini dipping sauce.
