1.Wash the Korean sweet Potato well and peel it.
2.Remove the bruised parts, if any.
3.Slice the potato and sprinkle salt on it and keep aside.
4.Take 1/4 cup frying mix in a plastic bag and put the potatos in it and shake well so that the mix coats the potatoes well.
5.Now make the batter by mixing 2/3 cup frying mix with starch, water and sugar.
6.Heat oil in a pan on medium high.
7.Put a drop of batter in it.
If it rises, the oil is ready for frying.
8.Dip the potato slices in it and fry.
