Crab Fried Rice

Don’t settle for boring just because it’s a weekday. If you’ve got 15 minutes, you can whip up this yummy Crab Fried Rice in no time and save everyone from dinner boredom!
  Cooked rice/Jasmine rice 2 Cup (32 tbs), room temperature
  Green onion 1 , chopped
  Garlic cloves 2 , chopped
  Hot pepper/Korean pepper 1 , chopped
  Onion 1 Small, sliced
  Cayenne 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oyster sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Fish sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Edamame/Peas 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Crab meat 1 Cup (16 tbs) (crab meat of your choice)
  Sweet basil/Thai sweet basil 1⁄2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Cilantro 1⁄2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Sesame oil/Peanut oil 1⁄2 Tablespoon

1. In a non-stick pan heat sesame oil, and saute hot pepper, garlic and onion, for 5 minutes or until onions are light brown in colour.
2. Add in the rice and stir lightly.
3. Pour in the soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, oyster sauce and cayenne stir well to mix.
4. Add in the crab meat, and stir for about 5 minutes.
5. Stir in the edamame or peas, push the rice on 1 side of pan and pour the egg in the pan, scramble and cook for 2 minutes.

6. Stir the egg with rice and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes.
7. Sprinkle green onions on top and lightly stir.

8. Serve hot as desired.
