Ingredients
  Garlic cloves 150 Gram (One sleeve of peeled garlic)
  Black vinegar 750 Milliliter
Directions

MAKING
1. Into a glass jar, put in the garlic cloves.
2. Fill with black vinegar, as shown in the video. Set aside.

SERVING
3. Garlic flavored vinegar is ready to be served as a sauce with any Chinese dish of your choice.
